Please read these terms carefully before using KeyCrop. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. All digital goods sales are final once a key has been revealed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeyCrop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use KeyCrop. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Digital Goods & Delivery
KeyCrop sells digital goods including game keys, software licenses, AI subscription access, and SaaS platform access. All goods are delivered electronically, instantly upon confirmed payment. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, all sales are final once a key or access credential has been revealed to the buyer.
4. Payments & Balance
KeyCrop uses a pre-funded wallet ("Balance") system. Funds added to your Balance are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Purchases are deducted from your Balance. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient Balance before initiating purchases.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for: (a) keys that are demonstrably invalid at the time of delivery, and (b) keys that fail to activate on the stated platform within 48 hours of delivery. To request a refund, contact support within 48 hours of purchase with your Order ID and evidence of the issue. Refunds are not available for keys that have been revealed and activated. All digital goods sales are otherwise final.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use KeyCrop to: (a) purchase keys with fraudulent payment methods, (b) resell keys obtained on our platform on other marketplaces without written permission, (c) abuse the refund system, (d) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or (e) violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KeyCrop is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyCrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
